Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients:
  • 1 (3-4#) Boneless pork shoulder roast
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Justa Homestead’s Peach Habanero  or Raspberry Reaper Pepper Jelly
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cube chicken, beef or pork boullion
 
Directions:
· Trim excess fat from pork roast and allow it to sit at room temperature for an hour to warm up. Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
· Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours
· Shred meat with a fork and return to slow cooker to keep warm. Serve on hamburger buns, slider rolls, over rice or egg noodles.
